Support arrangements
Community Pharmacy England has provided a range of information and guidance on how to use the LPC websites via the LPC Websites Support Portal, we hope that this provides a useful reference point for LPCs. There are also some user guides below, but these are now out of date in places and are in the process of being updated.
Should you need to raise any issues about your website, please do so using our dedicated mailbox: website@cpe.org.uk. This email address should be your first port of call for any website-related queries or concerns. We will endeavour to respond within one working day and will co-ordinate the escalation of more complex issues to Make (our web developers) as required.
Please also direct any suggestions for future improvements to the mailbox above and we will consider these as part of our ongoing development stream.
